Its a beautiful fort turned into hotel. Me n my wife stayed for a night & enjoyed the calmness n serenity of this place. It was my bday n they arranged for a cake at a short notice. Overall a great place to visit and awesome hospitality. Special mention to Chef Rajesh, Sandeep and Narayan.

We were planning to visit a calm place near NCR with kids, Thank you for wonderful experience and especially the service by the team. Mr. Anil Sharma and Ashok Valmiki have been courteous and actually make you feel very special.My 3 year old daughter wanted cookies and chips at odd hours but was taken care of by the staff.Definitely recommend visiting this beautiful place. Cons: No shallow area in swimming pool for kids and entire pool is 4.5 feet deep. Pros: Great staff, service and cool Breeze after sunset

Poor Experience: A Warning Against Visiting This Resort

I had an extremely disappointing time at this resort. The staff's behavior was unacceptable, with rude and harassing behavior from what seemed like unprofessional individuals.. Its shocking to know that this property is of Neemrana! Had the most pathetic time ever! Wasted our time and money only to get humiliated by some hooligans (yes! They have hired hooligans as staff) : mannerless men who will leave no stone unturned harass you. Room checks were overly frequent and intrusive, disrupting any chance of relaxation. Much before the check out time their staff (all men) will keep coming every 10 mins inside ur room to ask “hogaya”? “checkout time honey wala hai”. Ridiculous hospitality. The food quality was subpar, with a clueless chef serving foul-smelling and stale dishes, especially the fish. The pool was unsuitable for kids, lacking a shallow side, making it unsafe for families. Overall, I regretted spending my time and money here and would strongly advise against it. A negative rating is well-deserved.

Worst experience ever ! We have travelled around the world & also to a lot of neemrana properties but this was our worst experience ever. The staff is very rude(most of them),they will show you eye balls and would go to any extent to prove you wrong. So we booked for 22nd april for 5 couples & we thought we would have a good time but from service to food(Our kids had smelly fish) everything was bad. There was only one server Mubarak khan in the restaurant who was very courteous and helpful. Mr mohit who took our booking from neemrana hotels never took our calls or even there staffs calls after we complain about miscommunication for a lot of things for our booking. Didnt expect neemrana staff to behave this way! Spoilt our holiday

DO NOT VISIT if you are lookin for great hospitality.We were 5 couples with kids n their behaviour their attitude was not better than hooligans.Properties like these run on hospitality n brand name but the staff was super adamant & was behaving as property belongs to them.management needs to do serious thinking. Im happy that my trip is over & im back home rather than being sitting with staff who shows no courtesy . Food was pretty average rotten fish was served & chefs were still trying to justify it rather than accepting the fault. There was no mention of a dry day while making booking n when we reachd we got the surprise .we had some stuff of our own so we settled on a rooftop but within 5 mins 3 different management group came that u cant do n kept standing on our head as if we are not leaving even when we packed up n were jus sitting doing chit chat & playing with our kids. Their behaviour their approach towards us was par below whats called basic etiquettes whereas drinks were going on at other rooftops so why jus us being targetted .never ever visiting any neemrana property again.
